This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and QuasarSolutions for the use of our ticket purchasing software. By installing, copying, or using the software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.

4 · System Requirements
This software is designed exclusively for Microsoft Windows operating systems. Compatibility with other platforms (macOS, Linux, mobile devices) is not supported or guaranteed.
5 · Disclaimer of Warranties
The software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. QuasarSolutions disclaims all warranties, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
6 · Limitation of Liability
In no event shall QuasarSolutions be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of the use of or inability to use the software, even if QuasarSolutions has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
7 · Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the software.
8 · Privacy and Data Collection
The software may collect certain usage data for improvement purposes. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information about data collection and usage.
9 · Updates and Modifications
QuasarSolutions may provide updates to the software. By using the software, you agree to receive such updates, which may modify or add features. This EULA applies to all updates and versions.
10 · Governing Law
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where QuasarSolutions is located, without regard to conflict of law principles.
11 · Entire Agreement
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and QuasarSolutions regarding the software and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, or communications.
